Atlas Lithium reactor

Designed for automation of reactions in round bottomed flasks or vials.

The Hotplate and Stacking Dry Bath can heat round bottom flasks from 50ml to 1 litre (to 280°C) giving excellent thermal transfer to the reaction. The exterior surface remains cool to the touch. The Atlas Clamp holds a range of different vessel sizes securely and automatically aligns flasks to the dry bath. Turning the control knob changes the Hotplate temperature and the Magnetic stirrer speed (up to 1200RPM).

Users can edit and run profiles automatically from the base to control heating, cooling, stirring and reagent addition. The Stacking Dry Bath can be substituted for any of the other Dry Baths (3 to 12 places) and the Hotplate for a 'Hot and Coldplate' wich is connected to a circulator.


Atlas Sodium reactor

Designed for automation of reactions in round bottomed flasks or vials.

It is equipped with a Magnetic Stirrer (up to 1200RPM) and a Scorpion Overhead Stirrer for viscous reactions (up to 800RPM). The Stacking Dry Bath enables heating of round bottom flasks from 50ml to 1 litre (to 280°C).

Accurate reaction temperature control is provided using a Temperature Node and RTD Probe. The probe is placed diretly into the flask.

The Atlas Clamp holds a range of different vessel sizes securely and automatically aligns flasks to the dry bath. Turning the control knob changes the Hotplate temperature and the Magnetic or Scorpion Overhead Stirrer speed. Atlas Sodium also allows users to edit and run profiles automatically from the base to control heating, cooling, stirring and reagent addition. The Hotplate can be substituted for a 'Hot and Coldplate' connected to a circulator.


Atlas Potassium reactor

Designed for chemists who perform reactions in jacketed reactors.

With an easy to use vessel clamping system and integral oil drain module, Atlas Potassium vessels can be changed in under a minute. Integrated temperature and circulator control from the Atlas base unit make reactions easier than ever before. Atlas Potassium is equipped with a 250 ml round bottom Jacketed Vessel which can be substituted if required. Turning the control knob changes circulator temperature and overhead stirrer speed. Atlas Potassium also allows users to edit and run profiles automatically from the base to control heating/cooling from a circulator, stirring and reagent addition.

Adding PC software allows complex recipe control, real time data plotting and control of third party hardware.
