Data acquisition, process control and automation

Box T239

The box provides an interface between the computer and the process to automate. You can connect directly the sensors (like temperature sensors) and devices to control (like valves, pumps,...). You can configurate the system yourself without any knowledge of computer languages thanks to the user interface (Siam).

Standard configuration

  • 8 configurable analog inputs (0-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, Pt 100, thermoelement), with 24 V available for Pressure probes
  • 4 analog configurable outputs (0-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA), with 24 V available
  • 4 digital inputs, with 24 V available
  • 8 digital outputs (relay), with 24 V available
  • communication with the PC through RS485 interface. 16 such boxes can be connected on the same line over a distance from 800 m.

Converter 0-10 V - Pulsations (PWM/pulse wide modulator)

This device has been designed to vary the pulse time of a relay with a 0-10 V signal. The pulse frequency (10, 5, 2, 1 0.5, 0.1 Hz) is fixed on the device with a button. The 0-10 V input signal control the time on wich the relay stay at the on state (see figure). The frequency can be visualised on a display.

For exemple if the input signal is 0 V and the frequency 0.5 Hz, the output stays low. If the input signal is 10 V, the signal stays high. If the input signal is 5 V, the output stays 1 second low and 1 second high.

NuDam Serie

These are modules with analog and digital inputs and outputs for Din rail mounting. They communicate with the PC through a RS422 or RS485 interface and with our software Siam. Drivers for other software can also be provided (DASYLab, ISA Graf, libraries and driver for MS DOS/Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, OPC Server).

Galvanic Isolation and Impedance Conversion of pH Signals Pikos® 1201 pH
  • designed for direct connection of pH or redox probes to control systems (PLC / DCS) with active 4 to 20 mA input (loop powered)
  • high-resistance input (10 TOhms), suitable to commercially available pH probes
  • robust and water-tight in a completely encapsulated IP-68 housing
  • Input and output are galvanically isolated from each other
  • the temperature wires can be looped through the device
  • Zero point and slope of the pH probe have to be taken into account in the control system
