Acceleration Data Logger MSR145W with Display and Bluetooth

The MSR145 can now be equiped with a colour OLED display for a compact representation of data and graphic charts. The high screen resolution facilitates easy reading of measured values, even in total darkness and from virtually any viewing angle. The display is switched on and off manually; the desired display data can be configured in the MSR PC software program 'Set up'.

The wireless version of the MSR145 mini data logger facilitates easy and precise remote monitoring by means of the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) short-range radio technology. You can use the smartphone app to recall the current and last recorded values at any time, without delay. A smartphone, a PC or our BLE receiver box can transmit the measured data to MSR SmartCloud, if required.

Acceleration Data Logger MSR385WD with Display and wireless sensors

Due to the high levels of thermal resistance of its transmitter modules (MSR385SM), the new wireless data logger facilitates applications even at high operating temperatures of up to 125 °C (with silicone hose). The measured values are transmitted by means of transmitter modules equipped with temperature and humidity sensors (exist also with pressure sensors), in the unlicensed frequency band at 868 MHz, across distances of up to 500 m. The optimised power management ensures that – depending on the frequency of measurements and radio transmissions – the power supply to the miniature transmitter modules is warranted for up to five years.

The measured data of the transmitter modules recorded by the data logger can be read out via a USB interface and processed further using the MSR PC software for data analysis purposes. The MSR385WD has a colour OLED display, is capable of storing over one million measured values and can be equipped with up to ten transmitter modules.

Acceleration Data Logger MSR175 for transport

Protect your good with the MSR175 stand-alone data logger. It uses high-resolution sensors to continuously record what happens to your goods during transportation. The logger data can then be analysed very accurately – be it in order to ascertain damage or to improve transport packaging – using the “MSR ShockViewer” software.

The two 3-axis acceleration sensors integrated in the MSR175 have working ranges of ±15 g and ±100 g. They record shocks and jolts at a measurement frequency of up to 5,000 measurements per second. The installed memory of the logger is capable of storing over 2 million measured values, which is sufficient for more than 1,000 shocks. In addition, the MSR175 data logger measures and records temperature profiles from -20° to +65 °C. Additionally, a second type variant of this data logger is available with internal humidity, pressure and light sensors.
